Calliope Productivity

The Calliopack Productivity app for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central offers a set of functionalities designed to facilitate the daily work of users. 

This app consolidates all the experience acquired by Calliope during its deployments in order to enrich the standard functionalities of the solution, significantly improve the user experience and control the quality of the data

In this first version of the app, you will be able to: 

* Optimize the use of Dynamics 365 Business Central thanks to the many fields added in the pages of the application. The lists are already rich in data, but some important information was missing in some pages.

* Improve the quality of your data thanks to the mandatory fields in your basic data (customers, suppliers, articles ...). You can define by configuration the fields that must be filled in to be able to use the data.

* You ensure that you have reliable data thanks to our configurable data control tool. For example, you can force the entry of a salesperson code in your invoices before posting or check that all the lines of your orders have a sales price before validation. 

These controls can be fully configured.

* Enrich the dataset by yourself using the additional configurable fields. In articles, customers and suppliers, define fields and their captions yourself.These fields are linked to tables of values that can be freely defined.
